Online Golf Training – Program 1

From beginners to competitive players, we have developed a lesson plan to transform your golf game in 8 weeks! This program includes two training days per week (5 exercises per day) for an 8 week period. Program 1 of Prime Players Online Training includes exercises for:

  • Full swing
  • Short game (chipping/pitching)
  • Putting
  • Iron play
  • Bunker Play
  • Wedge play
  • Scoring
  • Separate Mobility and Flexibility routine to be done on days away from the golf course
